Did you know that 1st August was National Girlfriends Day, where Ladies honor their girly friends. But not to leave the boys out, 2nd August is National Beer Day. And for all of you that like to relax, Saturday 10th August is Lazy Day.
And after our little break, we are excited to be returning to Great Chishill, Cambridgeshire on Sunday 4th August with the Antiques & Vintage Fair. We have 20 Traders all with lovely items, you will find us both in and outside the Village Hall.
Make sure you pop by, even if it is only for a cup of tea - we'd love to see you. Once in the village be sure to visit the recently restored stunning Windmill.

For me, the last couple of months has felt like one big holiday. I have enjoyed every bit of the summer. The summer of 2018 being the hottest summer on record.
Personally, I do not want the summer to end, just so you know for meteorologists, summer comes to an end on August 31 and autumn begins on September 1, running until Thursday, November 30.
But astronomers say summer ends on September 22 in the northern hemisphere and autumn begins on Friday, September 23.
