Antique silver plate swing handle basket with Art Nouveau filigree cut-out pattern.

Stamped "Manco Plate"

Very pretty basket that can be used for cake, fruit or sweets especially at Christmas time or even a floral display.

Handle can be up or folded down.

Height to Handle 8" (20.3 cm)

Width: 10.5" x 8" (26.5 cm x 20.3 cm)

Depth: 1.4" (3 cm)

In great condition, however there are a slight scratches to the silver which is consistent with its antique age. 

Manco was established by William James Myatt & Co Birmingham in 1895.  In 1929 and 1947 the firm was present at the British Industries Fair. The firm used the trade mark MANCO ELECTROPLATE.
