Matching antique Bread Fork and Jam Spoon with ornate solid silver handle. 

The handles (only) are silver and are hallmarked.

Hallmark stamp on handles depicts:

JD over WD into a shield, Lion, Chester Town mark, and the letter C.  Translating to James Deakin & Son (William); Chester 1903.

The three pronged Bread Fork shaft is stamped English Make - Steel; and

The Jam Spoon shaft is stamped EPNS
